1-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage starts on the day your order is delivered and lasts 12 months. A replacement item is covered for the rest of the original 12 months.

• Printing defects, such as missing or misprinted text, streaks, smears, or ink that was not printed correctly.
• Frame defects, such as corners or joints that separate, a warped or cracked frame, or hanging hardware that fails under normal use.
• Assembly defects in a framed print, such as a print that was mounted crooked or comes loose inside the frame.

• Normal wear over time.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, or improper hanging.
• Items that have been altered, trimmed, or repaired by someone else.
• Damage during shipping. That is handled under our shipping policy and returns policy.
• Digital gifts, which can be downloaded again by contacting us.

Email scrollthebible@thejcbsnbrand.com within the 12 months. Include your order number or checkout email, a short description of the problem, and a photo that shows it. We may ask for one more photo if we need it. You will not be asked to pay for shipping on a warranty replacement.

If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the defective item. If a matching item is not available, we will send a comparable one or refund what you paid for the defective item. We will tell you which remedy applies before we act.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law, and it is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.

We may update this warranty and will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. The version in place when you ordered applies to your order.
